"the shortest, and most disappointing, press conference I can remember covering since this financial crisis began," it is clear that rather than move forward, Europe has moved backwards as officials who should now been working on a resolution ready for Monday will be sitting on their hands.The disputes clearly go straight to the heart of this crisis -- with Dijsselbloem saying that political agreement is needed. That bats the problem over to tomorrow’s EU Summit.
